PLEASE NOTE ALL PRE-BOOKED TICKETS MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE THE ADVERTISED SHOWTIME TO GUARANTEE THEIR CHOSEN SEATS . ANY PURCHASED TICKETS ARRIVING AFTER THE ADVERTISED SHOWTIME WILL BE ADMITTED AT THE MANAGEMENTS DISCRETION.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available for children under 16, students with a valid NUS card, over 60’s and carers of disabled people. (1 carer per disabled person will receive a discounted price.)
DISABLED ACCESS
We have disabled access in the ringside seating, but there are a limited amount of spaces per show. Please call the box office on 07752 218 805, to ensure we can reserve your space for the performance you intend to enjoy, to avoid disappointment. Please note we unfortunately do not have disabled toilets.
THE SHOW
Doors open 60 minutes before show time. Seats are not assigned, the earlier you arrive, the better choice of seats you have. Some seats can have a partially restricted view of the Ring due to the structure of the Big Top. The same prices apply to each section regardless of view.
Performances may include strobe lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound-effects. We reserve the right to vary the content of the performance at any time. No refunds, tickets (both paid for and Guest tickets) are not exchangeable. We reserve the right of admission in particular circumstances, even on purchased tickets. Complaints must be addressed immediately to a member of staff in order to be addressed.
DURATION : approximately 2 hours, including an interval of approximately 15 minutes.
FOOD AND DRINK:
Light refreshments are also available before the show and during the interval.Souvenirs will be available to purchase before and during the show.
Only food and drink purchased in the Big Top may be consumed in the Big Top.
